How we do it in 4 easy steps

When we prepare your home for staging, we meet with you and discuss a plan of action. Then, we get to work. 

1. We eliminate clutter and pack framed pictures, and anything that is too personal or makes your home look cluttered. We want potential buyers to see themselves in the space of your home. They can’t do that until the clutter and extra items are removed.
2. We set you up with a storage company (We’ve already vetted them for you) and then we move your packed items to the storage unit for you.
3. Sunshine Movers implements our design plan for staging your home. Furniture is rearranged or moved out of rooms. We follow a clean and open concept approach while still keeping a warm and inviting tone.
4. Your home sells. Congratulations!
